This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for Krinati Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Krinati”), which includes www.krinati.co, and client specific websites made accessible to the client by Krinati contained within or otherwise available through external hyperlinks within such websites, the solution(s) developed by Krinati, and associated outlets/websites (collectively, the “Site”). By using and/or browsing the Site, you and your company (hereinafter referred to as “User”) agree to this Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws governing its use. Krinati is committed to protecting the User’s privacy online, and while the User uses the Site of Krinati. Please read the following document to learn as to what information Krinati collects from the User and how the collected information is used. The User is advised to check this page periodically for updates, as the User’s continued use of this Site signifies his / her acceptance of any changed terms. Krinati reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice. Any such revision will be effective immediately upon its posting on this Site.
Please note that by submitting data (personal or otherwise) manually or in electronic form to Krinati and / or by using the Site, the User gives his / her consent that all data (personal or otherwise) submitted on each occasion may be processed by, and/or shared with Krinati and its affiliates and related companies, in the manner and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Information collection and use

Krinati collects two types of information about the Site Users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
  • Personally Identifiable Information: Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific User. When the User engages in certain activities on or off the Site, Krinati may ask the User to provide certain information about itself or its employees/officers etc., including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, service address, IP address, physical address & other demographic information, Permanent Account Number, Corporate Identity Number, website details etc. In addition, if the User uses the Site to send information to another person, Krinati may store User’s personal information, and the personal information of any recipient. Krinati may use that other person’s contact information to allow the recipient to access the information requested to be sent by the User. Krinati may also use Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, resolve disputes, accomplish administrative tasks, contact User, enforce Agreements with User, including Site Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
  • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific User. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website User visited before coming to the Site, the URL of the website User visits after leaving the Site, the type of browser User is using and User’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. Krinati, and/or its authorized Third Party Service Providers and Advertisers, may automatically collect this information when the User visits the Site through the use of electronic tools like Cookies and Web beacons or Pixel tags. Non-Personally Identifiable Information may be used by Krinati to troubleshoot, administer the Site, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. This information may be shared by Krinati with its authorized Third Party Service Providers and Advertisers to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming.
  • Mobile Information:
    • In addition to the above, the User may submit personal information via User’s cell phone, smart phone, or tablet. If the User’s uses any location-enabled products, the User may be sending Krinati location information. Krinati does not store or use this information other than to provide the service requested by the User, under this Agreement. For example, a mobile product may use GPS data to find events / shows taking place nearby as requested by the User. Location-enabled features are opt-in and the User acknowledges its control over his / her participation in such services and can turn these services off at any time.
    • Web-enabled mobile applications may use cookies or web beacons and other methods to customize the User’s browsing experience. Krinati may use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), instead of cookies, to recognize the User. This may be done by Krinati in order to store User preferences and track User’s use of the Applications. The User acknowledges that unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted.
    • Krinati may use a variety of new technologies and social media options to communicate and interact with consumers. These websites and mobile applications include popular social networking and media sites, such as, Twitter and Facebook. Use of third party social networking websites, such as, Twitter and Facebook, are governed by the privacy practices of those websites. Krinati does not capture or store User’s login information or any other personally identifiable information for Twitter, Facebook, and other social networks, however, session information or cookies may be stored on User wireless phone, by their websites.

Use of Information Collected

  • Krinati will not rent or sell the information to any unaffiliated third parties in any way not described in this statement, or authorize any of Krinati third party partners to sell or rent any such personal information. Krinati gathers personal information when voluntarily submitted to Krinati by the User as discussed within this statement. Krinati does not authorize third parties unaffiliated with Krinati to make independent use of User’s information for their own purposes, such as for direct marketing.
  • Providing the requested goods or services: If you order goods or services from Krinati, Krinati will use the Personal Data that you, or a representative of your company, enters into the order or registration form only to process your order or to provide the requested goods or service. This may include taking the necessary steps prior to entering into the contract, responding to your related inquiries, and providing you with shipping and billing information and to process or provide customer feedback and support. This may also include conversation data that you may trigger via the chat functionalities on www.krinati.co or other local Krinati web presences, contact forms, emails, or telephone. In this Privacy Policy, “goods and services” includes (access to) Krinati’s web services, offerings, contests, sweepstakes, other content, customer support services, marketing related newsletters, whitepapers, tutorials, trainings and events. Krinati may also use this information for marketing related its products and related services only.
  • If the User participates in tutorials or trainings provided by Krinati, Krinati may also track the User’s learning progress in order to make this information available to the User. Furthermore, Krinati communicates on a regular basis by email with Users who subscribed to the Site, and Krinati may also communicate by phone to resolve User complaints or investigate suspicious transactions. Krinati may use the email address of the User to confirm opening of an account, to send notice of payments, to send information about changes to the products and services of Krinati, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law.
  • Krinati may share the information with its sister concerns or business associates (hereinafter “Affiliates”) who are authorized/liable to maintain the data collected by Krinati for the purposes for providing due service to User and who are liable to maintain confidentiality of the data.
  • Krinati may share User information with Marketing Partners: From time to time Krinati may establish a business relationship with third parties (“Marketing Partners”). Krinati may share User’s Personally Identifiable Information with its Marketing Partners to enable them to contact the User regarding products, services, and special offers that may be of interest to the User.
  • Krinati may share User information with Authorized Third Party Service Providers: Krinati may provide some of its services and through third parties (“Third Party Service Providers”). The Third Party Service Providers perform functions on Krinati’s behalf, like sending out and distributing Krinati’s administrative and promotional emails. Krinati may also collect personal information from individuals and companies with whom Krinati has business relationships and may have to also share their information with Service Providers to accomplish our administrative tasks.
  • Krinati may share User’s information in a Business Transfer – Event of Krinati’s merger or Krinati acquired by another company or takeover: If a merger or takeover of Krinati occurs, the successor company would acquire the information Krinati maintains, including Personally Identifiable Information. However, Personally Identifiable Information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy. Krinati may share User’s information for Krinati’s Protection and the Protection of others.
  • Krinati may also disclose the data, including Personally Identifiable Information when Krinati has reason to believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law or a court order; enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of the Site, its Users or others. Krinati may contact the User, in order to comply or cooperate with a legal request. For this purpose, Krinati will use the email address provided to Krinati by the User. All communications sent by Krinati at such email address shall be deemed to have been communicated to User.
  • Krinati may provide some personal data to third-party partners that are providing services essential to User’s mobile user experience.
  • All requests are sent through User’s mobile network provider and User’s network provider may have access to it. The User may consult the network provider’s privacy policies for additional information.
  • Ad companies may use device IDs to track User’s use of the Applications, track the number of ads displayed, measure ad performance and display ads that are more relevant to User. Analytics companies may use device IDs to track information about usage of the Applications.
  • Creation of anonymized data sets: Krinati may anonymize Personal Data provided under this Privacy Statement to create anonymized data sets, which will then be used to improve its and its affiliates’ products and services.
  • Recording of calls and chats for quality improvement purposes: In case of telephone calls or chat sessions, Krinati may record such calls (after informing you accordingly during that call and before the recording starts) or chat sessions in order to improve the quality of Krinati’s services.
  • In order to keep the User up-to-date/request feedback: Within an existing business relationship between the User and Krinati, Krinati may inform the User about its products or services (including webinars, seminars or events) which are similar or relate to such products and services you have already purchased or used from Krinati.

Security

Krinati generally follows accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to it, both during transmission and once received by it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Krinati cannot enforce or control the security of devices and networks that User may use to submit information to Krinati. Krinati is not responsible for the disclosure or interception of User information before Krinati receives it. Therefore, while Krinati strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect User’s personal information, Krinati cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies

When the User views the Site, Krinati may store information on User’s computer called a “Cookie”. A Cookie helps Krinati to tailor its Site to match User preferences and interests. Most Internet Browsers allow the User to erase, block or give a warning before a Cookie is stored. The User will be able to visit most of the areas on Sites without a cookie being stored.

Links to other sites

Krinati may occasionally provide links to third party websites on the Site. These links are provided to further information and enjoyment of User’s web experience from the Site. Krinati tries to thoroughly review the third party websites; however, Krinati is not responsible and has no control over the content, privacy practices, policies or information collection practices of those pages. These websites may use their own cookies or solicit personally identifiable information from the User. The User is suggested to read the privacy policy/terms and conditions of any website they visit before providing them with personal information.

Data Retention and Account Termination / opt-out

The User can at any time seek deletion of its Personally Identifiable Information by writing to Krinati at support@krinati.in. Krinati may delete the said information about the User at its discretion once a request is received by it. . Krinati will have no obligation to retain or delete the data once the agreement between Krinati and the User has expired and is not active.

Age restrictions

We do not intend to target our Site to children under the age of thirteen (13) years as the child privacy laws prohibits collection of personal information of children who are under the age of 13. If the User provides us with personal information, the User represents that he / she is at least 13 years old. Krinati does not knowingly request, solicit or collect personal information from any person known to be under the age of 13.
If the User becomes aware that a child has provided Krinati with personal information without parental consent, please immediately contact Krinati at support@krinati.co. If Krinati becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided Krinati with personal information without parental consent, Krinati will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (“MCIA Rules”), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Mumbai. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The law governing this arbitration agreement shall be Indian law. The law governing the contract shall be Indian law.
